By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Attendance & Salary Tracker application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Attendance & Salary Tracker is designed to help users record and manage:
Attendance and work hours
Check-in and check-out records
Salary calculations
Overtime records
Break time
Monthly attendance and salary summaries
Calendar-based attendance records
PDF and Excel reports
Backup and restore functionality
The App is provided as a personal productivity and record-keeping tool.
2. Salary and Attendance Calculations
The salary, overtime, working-hour, and attendance calculations provided by the App are estimates based on the information and settings entered by the user.
The App does not provide legal, employment, payroll, tax, or financial advice.
Users are responsible for verifying calculations and records before using them for payroll, employment, accounting, tax, or other official purposes.
Synexis Studio is not responsible for losses, disputes, or decisions resulting from reliance on calculations or records generated by the App.
3. User-Provided Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into the App, including:
Attendance records
Working hours
Salary rates
Overtime information
Break duration
Work schedules
Other information entered by you
You should regularly review your records and maintain appropriate backups of important information.
4. Backup and Restore
If you use the backup or restore functionality, you understand that backups may depend on the services and storage systems used by the App.
Synexis Studio does not guarantee that every backup will always be available, complete, or recoverable.
You are responsible for maintaining additional copies of important records when necessary.
5. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services and SDKs to provide certain functionality, analytics, advertising, backup, authentication, or other services.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of those services may therefore be subject to their respective terms.
6. Advertising
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services.
Advertisement availability, content, and frequency may vary. Synexis Studio does not control all advertisements displayed through third-party advertising services.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interface, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to Synexis Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the App for its intended personal purposes, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its protected content without appropriate authorization.
8. Prohibited Use

Reverse engineer or modify the App except where permitted by applicable law

9. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that the App or every feature will always be available or error-free.
10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Synexis Studio makes no guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or suitable for every user's particular requirements.
The App should not be considered a replacement for official employer, payroll, accounting, tax, or employment records.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synexis Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
This includes losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, lost records, failed backups, calculation errors, device failure, or third-party service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
We may restrict or discontinue access to the App where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information about how the App handles user data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy should be available publicly and from within the App.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
